Pay-by-the-Month Sewing Classes

Can’t commit to a full season? Our month-to-month option is perfect for you!

Children will learn to independently sew at the machine. In their first class, they will receive a detailed safety lesson and complete a tote bag or drawstring bag, which they will bring back and forth to class as they work on future projects. Once they finish their first project, they can move on to the next!

We are not a project-based class, so students have the freedom to create whatever they want within their skill level. Since this option is month-to-month, we make sure your child only starts projects they can complete within the time they are enrolled.

How It Works

• Monthly enrollment: Your child’s spot is held only for the month you have paid for.

• Availability: Not all classes may be available, as seasonal classes often fill up.

• Fabric: Included with the class.

• Makeups: Not guaranteed due to availability.

• Cost: Flat rate of $120/month, based on the yearly class price from September–June.

• Reminders: We do not send reminders when the month is almost up — please pay in advance to reserve your spot for the next month.

• Cancellations: If we cancel a class for any reason (including weather), it will be rescheduled with Deanna.

• Drop-off policy: Please do not drop your child off for a class they are not signed up for without speaking to Deanna first.
